Convenient location right in the center. Easy walking distance to cute boutiques and shops around 🛍️. I had a great time at this place, no issues at all.

The hotel was special and original, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, greatly enjoyed the amazing location not far from galleries on the lagoon edge, shops and restaurants on Thesen island and the centre of Knysna. Double room I stayed at was good-sized with excellent views of the waterfront. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was super with several hot meals, pastries and Continental Options. The free parking was nearby, amazing service. The stay was excellent, recommend.

The employees were outstandingly accommodating with great service. the hotel was kept fairly clean. - the central location was a short walk to beaches and on the canal. - There was so much to do in and around the area. - the restaurant had 3 tables for buffet and was in a nice area.

This venue has very clean rooms, incredibly friendly staff with a new manager, and serves delicious food, highly recommended for anyone.
